Today was the first day of clinicals. Starting my day 5:30 wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Clinicals went surprising well. I got my vital signs no problem and communication just came rolling on along. Spending the day at the nursing home made me feel like I really made a difference. Being able just to talk to someone who doesn't really have anyone to talk makes me feel a different person. Brighting someone else's day always makes me have a better day. On another note I'm super excited for my four day weekend!!!!!!!! I need the break to spend some quality time with my textbooks, the gym, and of course, my bed! :)
